Questions
Where does Permitify work today?
Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, for residential permits. Decks and driveways come first. We add jurisdictions and permit types once we can research them reliably.
Does Permitify submit the permit for me?
Not yet. Permitify researches the process and helps your team prepare the application. You submit it through the jurisdiction as you do today.
How do I know the requirements are right?
Every requirement links to the official source it came from, such as the county code or the permitting office. Your team reviews the roadmap before acting on it.
Do I need Claude to use Permitify?
No. You can start a project on the website. If your team already works in Claude, the connector lets you start one from a conversation.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your projects, documents and history stay available to view and export. Preparation and automatic updates pause until you choose a paid plan.
